A brief history of video games.

       I want to give you a brief history of video games before I compare there colors so you will understand video games better. " The history of video games goes as far back as the early 1950s, when academics began designing simple games, simulations, and artificial intelligence programs as part of their computer science research"(2). Gaming didn't reach mainstream popularity until the 1970's and 1980's. This is when arcade games, game consoles, and home computer games became available to the public. Since then, video games have become a very popular form of entertainment all over the world. Gaming has also become part of our cultural; we can see this when we look around and see people playing games on there phones or when we play games on our own phones or tablets. As of now there are 8 generations of video game consoles, I think there will be many more generations of video games.
